Turnaround: 2–3 business days
Lace maintenance is not included.
Before purchasing: We accept 100% human hair units only. Final service eligibility and pricing may depend on the condition of your unit. Please review all Wig Laundry service requirements before purchasing.
After purchasing: Email a screenshot of your receipt and clear photos of your unit to customcrowninfo@gmail.com. We’ll review your unit and follow up with shipping information, the expected timeframe, and confirmation of whether we can complete the service.

Our wigs and hair products are made with 100% human hair. Because human hair is natural, texture and curl patterns may vary. Use gentle, hair-safe products and avoid excessive heat to help maintain your unit. All of our units come pre-plucked, glueless, and ready to wear out of the box! Shipping + Returns
Ready-to-Ship items: Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Carrier delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after shipment.
Custom Crowns: Custom orders may take up to 31 business days. This timeframe begins after your unit details are confirmed.
Hair products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for hygiene reasons, except where required by law. Please review your order details carefully before purchasing.
If we learn that your order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we’ll contact you with an updated shipping estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund, as required.
