SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing and delivery estimates

Ready to Ship orders:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery after shipment: 5–10 business days.

Custom Crowns:

  • Custom units require confirmation.

  • Processing, creation, and shipping may take up to 31 business days after the custom unit has been confirmed.

  • The timeline begins after confirmation of the unit, not when the order is placed.

  • We will communicate with you by email about the unit confirmation and order updates.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Weather and carrier delays

Severe weather, carrier service interruptions, and other events outside our control may delay delivery. Once a package is with the carrier, tracking and delivery updates are provided by the carrier. If we learn that we cannot ship within the timeframe stated for your order, we will contact you by email with the available options, including any delay consent or cancellation and refund required by law.
