Custom Crowns orders require confirmation of the custom unit. The custom order processing, creation, and shipping timeline begins after confirmation of the unit, not when the order is placed. See the Shipping Policy for the stated estimate and delay information.
Final sale
Hair products are final sale for sanitary reasons. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Prices and payment
The price and shipping charges shown at checkout apply to the order, along with applicable taxes and other charges disclosed before purchase. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges for your order.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier operations, or other events outside our control. See the Shipping Policy for processing and delivery estimates and what happens if we learn that an order will be delayed.
